A "New" Toy

Caroline has a "new" toy that she has been having fun with. The very small silver object in her hand is my rattle from when I was a baby. She's been hanging out on the blanket my Mom (Nana) made for her, shaking the rattle. I've been singing the hokey pokey to her. She's got the "shake it all about" part down when she's got the rattle in hand. So far this is the first thing that hasn't been too heavy for her to pick up. So, I think she's pretty excited about the ability to wave one of her toys around.

oh she is so cute:) I love the blanket mom! and how cool that you have that rattle for here! Was that passed down to you from a grandparent? I can't remember...
The rattle was a baby gift to Julie from Gramps and Nan. Fortunately I had given it to Julie before the thief made off with all our silver. :)
