We are in Colorado Springs having a blast with Jack's oldest sister Katherine. Caroline is entranced with her super fun cousins (and has basically ditched Jack and I for the past two days). We had a wonderful time with good friends of this family--who came for Thanksgiving last night (And brought more friends to play with). It was such a warm and blessed time. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
I had the day off today. Caroline and I played all morning. She took a nap at daycare and I ran some pre-Christmas decorating errands. (I am now stocked up with cranberries & popcorn, a gingerbread house kit and other stuff.) after nap we decided it was a good day for a cupcake. I refuse to say who had the idea first. :)
Jack is replacing a part for his car remote unlocking device. He told Caroline she could watch. As you can see, she is intrigued by the process.
Caroline spent the mid morning learning how to go up *and* down the ladder at the Wee (aka slide aka playground). Here is a photo before her attempt on Mount Slide.
